Introducing the Partners A local and independent company owned and run by old school friends, Ricky Ayling and Keith Crew. Both joint partners grew up in Horninglow and currently live in Branston. They have local expert knowledge and a wealth of experience in estate agency, customer service and marketing. Keith Crew Keith Crew started in estate agency over 20 years ago. He is one of the most experienced Burton valuers who has developed over the years, the most comprehensive set of property details around. Keith regularly appears on television’s house buying programmes such as ‘Homes Under the Hammer’ and was recently asked by BBC Radio 4 to comment on the Lord Chancellors live budget speech. Keith responded to the incoming Prime Minister, David Cameron’s reaction to Alistair Darlings changes to property stamp duty. This put Burton and Swadlincote on the map as 2 million listeners tuned in. He is married to Jayne who also works within the business and they have 2 sons. Ricky Ayling Ricky also lives locally after growing up in Branston and Horninglow and has strong family links in the area. He has developed the partnership into being the town’s largest and most efficient estate agency, using state-of-the-art technology and a customer first approach to selling houses. He regularly appears in the Burton Mail advising on local housing market matters. Ricky has also built the Residential Lettings side of the business which is considered to be one of the most Landlord focused letting services within the town.
